the start of my Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching. my key takeaways from GCLT400 - Academic Contexts and Professional Identities.

This year, alongside full-time work and facilitating course subjects for the Bachelor of Interior Design at Billy Blue College of Design | Torrens university, I have started a Graduate Certificate of Learning and Teaching (GCLT). After 6 years of tertiary education, I thought I was done with formal education, but I love learning - so here I am, once again a student. In each subject – there are a set of learning outcomes, clearly defined goals for students to follow completing coursework and subjects. The 4 posts to follow cover my key takeaways so far from my first subject, GCLT400A: Academic Contexts and Professional Identities. Learning outcomes are important to this blog, because they outline what a student (ie. me) should be able to do at the end of a subject. The following posts outline each of the learning outcomes for this subject and my lessons from each one.
